What is Wattlora?

A recruitment advertising and introduction service run from Ballina, New South Wales. Wattlora publishes home-based roles for employers and passes on applications. Wattlora does not employ, schedule, supervise or pay applicants.

How does Wattlora earn money?

Employers pay Wattlora for advertising and introductions. Wattlora applicants never pay: no application charges, no training charges and no deposits.

Employer checks

Wattlora contacts each employer directly before a role is listed, and makes sure the listing matches what the employer has said.

Limits of those checks

Wattlora's checks are not audits. Wattlora does not visit workplaces, examine employer finances or oversee work after a person starts.

No guarantees

No, not at Wattlora. Wattlora does not promise employment, a set income, hours or payment timing. Wattlora recommends getting those terms from the employer in writing before you begin.

Source of roles

Every role on wattlora.com comes straight from an employer. Wattlora does not repost other sites' listings or advertise roles simply to gather contact information.

Impersonation

Wattlora will never ask you for money, text message codes, banking passwords or transfers. Anyone who does is not Wattlora; please report it.

What happens to my Wattlora application?

Wattlora HR reads it and shares it only with the employer for the role you chose. Your details are not sold by Wattlora and are not used to market anything to you. Every service involved is listed in the Wattlora Privacy Policy.

What if a Wattlora ad says something different?

Ads for Wattlora are meant to match wattlora.com. If you see a difference, send the ad to careers@wattlora.com; Wattlora will check and correct the inaccurate one.

Employer commitments

Accurate role descriptions, telling Wattlora promptly when a role is filled, giving applicants written terms before work starts and paying their own workers. Any employer asking a Wattlora applicant for money is taken off the site.

Training

No, not at Wattlora. Any training linked to a Wattlora role is free to applicants and is meant only to explain how the work is done. Wattlora will never sell courses, starter kits or materials as a condition of applying, and an employer that tries to do so is removed from wattlora.com.

Hours and devices

Wattlora describes roles as home-based and suitable for a phone based on what employers report. The employer sets the real arrangements; if those differ from what wattlora.com says, let Wattlora know at careers@wattlora.com and the listing will be fixed.

Privacy commitments

Only the information needed to process an application is collected by Wattlora, it is shared solely with the relevant employer and it is never sold. The Wattlora Privacy Policy sets out the details and your rights to access or remove it.

Use of WhatsApp

Wattlora uses WhatsApp because it lets applicants get answers quickly. You start the conversation yourself, and Wattlora does not send unsolicited messages. Email at careers@wattlora.com is available for anyone who prefers not to use WhatsApp.

Review of this statement

Wattlora reviews this statement whenever its services, providers or advertising change, and at least once a year. The date at the top shows the latest version, and earlier versions are available from Wattlora on request at careers@wattlora.com.

Reporting

Email careers@wattlora.com with details and a screenshot if you have one. Reports about Wattlora listings, ads or impersonation all go there. Every report to Wattlora gets a written answer and is kept confidential.

After a report

Wattlora looks into every report. Where a listing is inaccurate, Wattlora removes it, pauses related advertising, contacts the employer and lets you know the result.

🔔 Gentle reminder — Wattlora HR begins with your application as soon as your WhatsApp message arrives.
